Foundry Build Co. started in 2009 with two carpenters and one truck. Sixteen years later we have completed 340 residential projects across the Nashville metro, from single-room remodels to ground-up custom homes.
We are a licensed Tennessee general contractor, bonded and insured, with 18 carpenters and project managers on staff. Every project runs through one dedicated project manager, a fixed-scope contract, and a dated schedule, so you always know what happens next and what it costs. Change orders are priced and approved before any extra work proceeds.
